The innovative MPR System, the latest patent born in the Ferrari Stampi SpA Research and Development technical offices, allows constant monitoring of the area between the Die Box and Ejecting Block;

an acoustic and light sensor stops the work process when it detects an excessive accumulation of dust and residues in the cavities between the Die Box and Ejecting Block, giving the Operators the possibility to intervene immediately with minor maintenance, thus avoiding major breakages of the Mold and consequent production stops prolonged.

Thanks to MPR System, on-line maintenance costs are reduced and maintenance work is optimized
