On Vibe consists of a patent aimed at improving loading before pressing. By operating a simple system inside the mold, the powders, that are quickly stirred, allow to uniform the soft element before pressing, improving its arrangement. This solution allows to considerably reduce the de-aeration times of the normal pressing, immediately obtaining visible benefits and thus reducing any geometric defects of each tile. This technology can be used in any type of mold and press.
